15 Minutes is not only the name of the movie,but also probably how long they worked on the script. Yes there is action,and even a twist at the middle of the movie. Its too bad that you have to wait till after the twist in order for the movie to show some signs of life,because the 2nd half of the movie I liked more than the 1st half.
This movie could have been better,but its only mediocre.
