John Singleton's 2 Fast 2 Furious is like the previous film in the way that it has fun action and fast cars. However, unlike the previous film, this film has an even dumber villain, Carter Verone, and is just straight up boring.
Overall,this film is definitely not as good as the first and my rating would be 3.
