With an outrageous idea, a funny story, a cute script full of hilarious dialogue written and directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, great chemistry headed by Miles Teller, Skylar Astin and Justin Chon as Jeff Chang, crazy scenes and sequences and a fast but amazing pace and flow, 21 And Over makes it feel like The Hangover thanks to the same 2 guys who wrote the first film, but is an unforgettable comedy that everyone will enjoy again and again.
