Review of 88 Minutes (2007) by Ryan Gibbons — 22 May 2011
This is the definition of overkill. Pacino loves to overact these days and while it is very funny to listen to him sometimes, it does not do much for cinematic effect. The plot is too complex, too many twists and turns without good execution to make them work.
The supporting actors are all dreadful and the ending is okay I guess. This was really only passable, but barely.
