Review of A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014) by Mark B — 09 Jul 2015
Just caught this on Netflix, extremely well done. It is smart. As opposed to the typical Hollywood dumb where everything is spelled out for you and the FX budget is what the film is about. There is very little dialog and most communication is through expressions, pauses, inferences, and light touches.
This could be a silent film and it would still be amazing.
