Review of A Home at the End of the World (2004) by David A — 20 Jan 2006
The most moving movie I've ever seen. I was blown away by the main character's (Bobby's, played by Colin Farrell), simple, naive, selfless love of life and those around him. The interpersonal dynamic of Robin Wright Penn, Farrell and Dallas are fascinating.
The movie help me understand what family really is and how beautiful life can be. I was not a big Colin Farrell fan before seeing this movie, but he should have definitely received a major award or nomination for his role.
