Very surprised to see the formal reviews rate this movie so highly! Hoffman's character's traits (never seen on screen without smoking, drinking, smoking and drinking) were so distracting, I can't remember much else from the movie! McAdams was chatacteristically good, but couldn't say I'd recommend this film.
