Review of A Quiet Place (2016) by Stanley C — 29 Jul 2018
The plot / story to be put it shortly is "Be quiet!" which I suppose is original, but it's also very simple and not quite overdue for a movie. The movie does have lazy writing because it becomes entirely reliant on visuals, jump scares and special effects to carry its weight as a cinematic experience.
There were also too many plot holes. I hated Eyebrows Girl, she's really annoying and fucking ugly especially cause of her eyebrows.
