Review of A Quiet Place Part II (2021) by Dawdlingpoet — 04 Jun 2022
This sequel doesn't quite have the same tension and atmosphere the original had. There's more CGI and it sorts of starts and stops quite abruptly. Its watchable and the cast give decent performances, particularly the children (the deaf teenage girl I thought was particularly good) but it doesn't have the same feel and its not as good as the first film, so I wouldn't overly recommend it.
Oh and it was nice seeing Cillian Murphy in a non Peaky-Blinders role.
