Review of A Walk in the Clouds (1995) by The3Academysins — 28 Oct 2019
Corny but enjoyable, A Walk in the Clouds is a glimpse into how Hollywood viewed the racial and cultural divide in the United States during the 1990s. Using the lens of a sweeping romantic epic between an orphaned boy and a vineyard heiress, this movie hits pretty much every single story beat a romantic epic would take.
Its a little cliche, but the acting and chemistry by leads Keanu Reeves and Aitana Sanchez-Gijon really elevate the narrative.
