Many small or micro finance institutions that serve a certain community understand deeply how the real credit scores are for customers from that community. Therefore, some customers who might be considered "dangerous loaners" actually have the ability to pay off their loans on time because their real ability to pay is not observable to the big banks.
Abacus found a way to help those people to get their loans and has a extremely low default rate. If I must say there is something wrong, that will be the assessment method in the country that fails to evaluate people's real credit scores.
