If you want acting...watch "Gone With the Wind".
If I had to comment, I'd say the "acting" was similar to a rehearsed briefing, but made for a damn good movie.
Get the mission, get the mission done, go home. No acting required when its your job. The actors that had "acting" to do...did well.
