If you like a good love story this is it. If like me, you prefer to see a 'disaster at sea' story, this is not really it. While there is certainly a disaster, it is short-lived, with almost the entire movie, minus a few exciting moments, devoted to flashbacks which were devoted to the lead characters love affair.

Now I have nothing against a good love story, but not when it's masked as a disaster movie, because that mask comes off after the lead-in, which actually starts at about the middle of the movie. That alone was enough to put me off.

I was disappointed to say the least.
