It centers on a senate assassination at the opening with innocent civilians killed in the process. And a thought would be dead deadly mobster, Frank Matera (Louis Pastore) is never really that dead, as he is seeking retribution as well as vengeance to the people who have double crossed him as well as took his money.
And it is then is when ex-CIA operative John Pope (Tom Ormeny) comes in.
