This remake had its own differences from the original in good ways. It was certainly better than I expected it would be going into the cinema. Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, and the Genie were all perfectly cast.
Will Smith brings his own pizzaz to the genie role. Mena Massoud (Aladdin) has his charms. Naomi Scott (Jasmine) is a great character. If there's one thing that I could change, it would be to give Jafar a better character storyline.
