Review of All Governments Lie: Truth, Deception, and the Spirit of I.F. Stone (2016) by Frank S — 25 May 2018
Splendid and captivating exposition of the consolidation of media in the U.S., and the consequences of the shrinking of the breadth public information and impact of the "manufacture of consent." The segment on mass immigrant burials by John Carlos Frey, for which under reported work he won a Polk Award, is by itself worth the price of admission.
