Review of All Quiet on the Western Front (2022) by Unclewillard — 10 Nov 2022
This did what Dunkirk attempted better, imo. I remember seeing the original years ago and found it a bit boring. Granted, the production values were what they were. This was completely immersive. We were taken on the ride from young, patriotic fervor, laughing in the face of death to the true horrors of war.
I was completely rapt the entire film and that says a lot as I usually take a break at some point.
