Review of All Summers End (2017) by Steve S — 03 Nov 2018
"All Summers End" is handled with such a heavy hand and unfocused direction that the good things about it drown in melodrama. It uses a nostalgic narrative to cheer on young love. I didn't buy it.
The one good thing in this movie is Tye Sheridan. He is such an appealing and talented young actor that he almost makes you forgive the films many flaws. He continuously out-classes the proceedings.
