Review of Allied (2016) by Paul D — 28 Dec 2017
I liked this movie and recommend it, but it could have been so much better if the director had been more decisive in his choices. This movie is part espionage thriller, part intimate romance, and part action-adventure.
All three are OK by themselves, but disappointing as a whole. Visually the film is a success, very attractive, and Pitt and Cotillard kept my interest throughout.
