I can't understand why some really good movies get such a bad rating while some bad ones get such good ratings. That being said this is one of those great films that is getting a bad rating. The film is brilliantly obvious.
You know exactly the direction this story is taking but that is the point to set the mood. This film brought me right to Hawaii and it felt like one of those times that you visit a place like and old beautiful neighbor hood and it feels strangely familiar like you grew up there in a past life.
Films are meant to take you away and this film does that.
