Dylan O'Brien has talent, but he utterly fails to be a convincing assassin character of any kind, and Michael Keaton needs a raspberry for his macho, laughable performance as the hardcore (read: insane) team leader.
A couple short but exciting action sequences help, but definitely don't expect even B-flick quality.
