Apostle is a strangely interesting plot with poor directional narrative. Very little happens in the beginning half, not even enough to endear us to the main characters. A lot of the exposition for the story does little to jump out or entice you to even pay attention to it.
Poor pacing causes the plot to move at a breakneck speed about halfway through so that no tension has built up. Hardly a horror/suspense film.
