Review of Assassination Tango (2003) by Emilio-Adolfo R — 11 Apr 2008
The assassination part of the title is just the back drop for the journey into the world of Argentine Tango. You follow Duvall as he falls in love with the dance form. Romance is there as he gets to know a local Tango dancer and is torn between the world he is discovering and his desire to get back to NY where his beloved step-daughter lives.
I enjoyed the Tango dancing enough to have watched this twice and will keep my eye out for other films with Tango dancing in.
