Average movie. Seemed like it was all over the place and too many plot holes were missing. I mean, it has it's good moments with some decent action sequences, but somewhat dull and a little lacking of intense emotions.

I have played a few Assassin's Creed games like the first one set in the era of the 11th century and the third one set during the American Revolutionary War. Not to mention Revelations as well. Although it didn't feel like it followed up to any of the games, it has a plot that's been mentioned in the first game where it was actually based on it.

For example, The Apple of Eden. At least it was very familiar and well known with and they try not to jinx it like that was never told before. Still feels like it can be a fun movie just for entertainment and adventure on its own like any other action movie, sort of like Robin Hood.

But I think this movie is only for the real die-hard fans that have played all of the games. Must be great for them since they have already played them. Just wasn't my type of movie, and plus the ending felt like it wasn't lucid or well explained enough to understand it.

Seemed really short since the credits are pretty long like for 15 minutes and couldn't make it a little longer like maybe 5 to 8 more minutes for it to be a bit more thrilling of what might happen next.

I guess it was an alright movie, I've seen better. I rate this a 5.7/10.
