Review of Automata (2011) by Kc E — 12 Oct 2014

While Automata has surprisingly adequate CG, a unique and clever environment and strong concepts and plot points, it simply doesn't have enough oomph to warrant making a film out of it. If there is a book that this was based on, I suspect it's a lot better as this movie was slow to a crawl and just not quite interesting enough to make the crawl worth it.
