Review of Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) by Jeremy — 07 Apr 2016

I enjoyed it more than the first one. some may think I'm nuts for saying that because a lot of folks didn't seem to think this one was as good. The funny thing is all the problems people had with Age of Ultron are issues I was quite familiar with, mainly because they were in the first movie as well.

People kind of put the first Avengers on a pedestal because it was the first time all the heroes were together. It was fun but way overrated. Plot holes, bad lines, lack of villain motivation, rushed sequences all the stuff people didn't like about AOU.

for me I expected all that so I went in with lower expectations. I didn't expect a riveting story with great character development. I expected one liners and action and mostly plot holes. that's what I got.

but it was better than I thought it would be so, I give it a C+. Wasn't expecting the Dark knight or Watchmen.
