After the original film hit the scene, Tim Burton proves that he doesn't know anything about comic books or characters that he doesn't create himself with this film. Batman thoughtlessly leaves people to die, Catwoman is born from some sort of accident with cat powers?, and the Penguin lives in the sewer and lacks the sophistication of the real deal.
