Sure the first one wasn't glorious at all. But at least it was correctly directed and with a decent budget. This follow up is just your typical poor direct to video sequel. Frank Grillo is correct as the lead but except that all is barely unlikable.
Special effects are ridiculous, directing is ineffective and the story is just a joke. If you didn't liked the first Skyline you will probably hate the sequel.
