Review of Big Stone Gap (2014) by David D — 09 Oct 2015
Honestly, no scene is more than a few seconds long, the movie jumps around so much that viewers get dizzy. The biggest chapters and funniest parts of the book were left on the cutting room floor. Unless you are from the area, or at least have ties there, you will be bored and lost.
I am from the area, filmed 4 scenes as an extra/background and I nearly walked out half way through. Wait for the DVD, it will most likely be out in time for Christmas!
