The movies have been so-so for the most part so I didn't go into this with high expectations. Needless to say, It was worst than I thought it'd be. The acting is below average at best with some of it being downright cringe-worthy. The plot honestly makes no sense. They're told to write a song to save the world and try to go back (really forward) in time to steal it from themselves. Well, Clearly they never wrote it in the first place which is why they summoned Bill and Ted hundreds of years into the future to scold them for being unable to do so. So from the premise alone, I was out.
By the final act, I wanted to just skip until the end and I did. There were flashes early on of something decent but wow, this movie went into the toilet real quick.
