Wanted to like this but couldn’t. The plot is as generic as you can get. It ultimately is a combination of everything you have seen before mixed into one package with no originality. The characters are extremely unlikable and obnoxious.
Dwayne’s performance is fine,but he’s too one note and always in mono tone voice. The action scenes try to be flashy but overdo it with the slow mo that shouldn’t be in the movie at all. The music is just generic super hero music which didn’t really help much and dampened the impact of the fight.
DC is trying too hard to compete with Marvel and just can’t keep up. They need to stop trying to do that and focus on their own stories and own style. Very disappointing.
