Review of Blame (2018) by Squaredren — 24 May 2017
I have no recognition to the manga source, so this review comes from someone blindfolded. This movie like most anime suffers from exposition heavy discussion. This discussions are not a negative thing, but they are when there's nothing interesting happening while the exposition is being told.
That's the case here, lots of walking and talking. The movie gets good near the end, there is no connection with some of the characters, but I did felt worried about Killy. Killy's character is silent but yet interesting.
The animation looks good, sometimes it doesn't work and it's hard to watch. Overall, just a good anime film. If you don't tend to watch anime films, I won't recommend this one. If you do, give it a try.
