For starters, It should have been cut another 30 minutes from the needlessly long 2-hour run time. That first hour was hard to sit through. It was way too slow and failed to keep your interest. They should have cut that down a lot more.
The performances were rather weak, The only decent one was given by Vince Vaughn. The story was utter nonsense. And all in all, I honestly don't see how this movie gets so much praise. I just don't see it.
