Dr Cain and Dr West return to Miskotonic to further their experiments after the unfortunate events of eight months previous. Attempts the same style as the original but lacks the same effectiveness; film strains and reaches for laughs too often with various appendages fused together and given life while Dr Hill's severed head returns but adds nothing to the story.
