Director shouldn't be blaming homophobia for a movie failing. Maybe you just made a bad movie "bro".
Also, the poster is just offensive. When do you see a movie poster with a man's hand on a woman's butt and a woman's butt on his? You don't. Only got away with that cause of the muh agenda.
Finally, FYI most rom coms fail. Blaming homophobia is divise and unnecessary. It's not that people didn't like the idea. It's that no one cares.
