Even though this was a movie more about the human protagonists than the robot Transformer, it was very well done across the board. The "G1" look and personalities of the Transformers resonated well, inspiring rather than disappointing me as a fan.
The colorful character designs replaced the chaotic monotony of the previous Transformers characters. I hope this is a reboot. The only thing I hated was the return of the damned Camaro at the end. Let Bumblebee be a VW like he;s supposed to!
