This iteration goes back to the roots of what made the franchise good. Story over effects. There are allot of effects but it advances the story instead of doing effects for effects sake. The only thing that held it back was pulling out yet another pc move of feminizing the main character.
It has always been a teenage boy that ran with the robots and was done so because its the boys that buy the toys. You leave allot of money on the table by continually flogging the tired pc agenda.
