Review of Bunraku (2010) by Greg S — 10 May 2014
The critics hated this one, but I thought it was really fun. Sure, it's a bit weird, but it plays out kind of like a comic book movie. It has a weird graphic novel look to it, but it is a fun ride. I suggest you make popcorn beforehand.
What makes this movie worth watching are the well choreographed fight sequences. Stylized violence unfolds in front of you in an entertaining fashion. It's worth a viewing.
