It's not the worst it could have been. The plot didn't really make sense in the way that it contradicted itself. The performances are passable and the gore is decent, but there are some scenes that are too gross for watching.
It's understandably bad and it has some entertaining parts, but there's no excuse for showing a naked girl who just so happens to be morbidly obese.
