Review of Cadillac Records (2008) by Pandu H — 03 Jul 2009

If you opted to take a pass on this thinking of it as "the Beyonce movie", you missed out. Jeffrey Wright was absolutely phenomenal as Muddy Waters, the highlight of an equally strong ensemble cast.

There were some liberties taken with the story and it could have been longer (so much more to tell) but I think the film makes a strong case for the need for each of these legends' story to be told!
