Call Me By Your Name - Review (2017).
The Good.
Timothà (C)e Chalamet is Fantastic in this film who is basically realizing who he is and even though he does have sex with a girl, he truly loves Armie Hammer's Character Oliver. I hope he gets a Oscar Nomination for Lead Actor.
Armie Hammer is also Fantastic in what is his best performance to date. He should get a Oscar Nomination for Supporting Actor.
The big thing that works is Timothà (C)e and Armie's Chemistry and Relationship you believe in it and you care about it and its more believeable than most Romances *Cough 50 Shades of Shit* and it takes their time to develop their relationship.
Luca Guadagnino Direction is Fantastic and he finally completes his Desire Trilogy.
Michael Stuhlbarg is great in it definitely makes up for his terrible performance in Men in Black 3.
James Ivory Amazing Screenplay which he adapts from the Book, he is more than likely getting a Oscar Nomination.
Sufjan Stevens amazing Score.
The Setting in Italy and 80's.
The Message of Acceptance is beautiful.
The Ending is very heart warming and heart breaking at the same time it's a gut punch.
The Bad.
Nothing I love this movie.
Overall: This is a Fantastic film like Brokeback Mountain and Moonlight that deserves to be watched and remembered its one of the best coming of age movies.
Overall Grade: A+.
