Review of Capturing the Friedmans (2003) by John S — 20 Jan 2008
This is what a good documentary is supposed to be. It depicts a family shattering as the father and a son are accused of being child molesters. It contains a lot of homemade videos one of the sons made of his family going through this time.
At the end, you will wonder if they really did it. I think the father was only guilty of possessing pornographic images and the son guilty of nothing, but my wife disagrees with me on this. You should watch it and come to your own conclusions.
