So any of you who read would know this movie is based off of a book called The Price Of Salt. That being said, this movie and the time period it was set in are according to the book. It is cautious but during that time period being gay was considered a disease.
This movie was wonderfully done. It formed a bond instead of it just being a sex flick. Loved it.
