Close Encounters of the Third kind is a phenomenal sci-fi classic directed and co written by the best director around in my opinion, Steven Spielberg! Spielberg wrote a truly incredible story about aliens visiting Earth and a man set out to find the truth.
Richard Dreyfuss and Melinda Dillion both gave incredible and realistic performances that are both one of the best of both of their careers and certainly the most famous. The cinematography of the film given by Vilmos Zsigmond is outstanding, especially of the alien UFO's and John Williams gives another amazing classic music score like he always does.
It's a definite classic and is a must watch!
