Overall the story is intriguing, it's just that due to there being multiple interwoven stories taking place in vastly different settings and time periods, not all parts of the movie appealed to me. It jumps from satirical comedy to some grimdark dystopia to spy movie to drama, which can be jarring.
Still, when the story comes full circle it feels pretty rewarding, but the movie certainly isn't for everyone as there is a lot of stuff going on and the pacing is generally slow.
