Don't know why there is low ratings on here but I thought it was one of the best Chuck Norris action films ever made.
Originally written as a action film for Clint Eastwood but he turned down so it became a Chuck Norris film.
An early director effort by Andrew Davis (The Fugitive, Nico - Above The Law.).
