Cold Pursuit is such a weird film. The story is kind of messy but at the same time intriguing, and the premise comes off as a TV film that somehow snuck into cinemas except that...it's actually fairly well done? It's so confusing because for every thing this film does well there's also something going against it.
The unevenness of it all, though, is what drove me to give it the rating I did.
