Little kids will like the simple story, but there's not much fun in this for parents. Will Ferrell is the voice of the Man with the Yellow Hat, but there is nothing distinctly Will Ferrell about the movie.
The animation isn't really up to par with Disney/Pixar films (background characters movie with creepy CGI stiffness).
