After having been duped into watching several big, bloated, CGI-filled movies that left me empty and irritated (*cough* Last Jedi *cough*) Darkest Hour was a breath of fresh air!
Meaningful, thoughtful, well-told, brilliantly acted and beautifully shot. An increasingly rare find in todays movie scene.
