Generally better than the first movie, with fewer cringe-worthy joke attempts (but still more than a handful). The CG is pretty rotten and the action is just meh, but the movie is stronger than the first and somewhat enjoyable.
Theres just so much CG even on Deadpool himself that you can never escape the uncanny valley feeling, but I've given up expecting Fury Road excellence of CG mixed with physical action. Not a movie you would ever watch again, but yeah could be a fun escape from this heat wave.
5/10 seems totally fair.
